Cancellation & Change Policy
No cash refunds will be given under any circumstances. All refunds are given as in-house credit only pursuant to the following schedule. Up to 30 days prior to your event, you may receive 100% of your deposit in in-house credit. Between 30 and 14 days prior to your event you may receive 50% of your deposit in in-house credit with the rest forfeited to Frames. Within 14 days of your event, your entire deposit shall be forfeited to Frames. Changes to the menu or headcount will require a revised contract and are subject to Frames’ approval. In any event, guaranteed guest count may not decrease more than 10% from the original contracted amount. Along with any revisions to the contract, the initial deposit will be applied against the final balance owed for the event. Final minimum headcount and menu selection(s) are required no later than 14 days prior to the date of your event, at which time payment in full of the balance owed (if in excess of the initial deposit paid) for the event is required.
